Good Afternoon and Happy Monday.

We moved in to our new home on Tuesday of last week.

Only have one roommate that only comes home to sleep. We are in between homes because we are looking to buy a home. We want to be completely transparent on our buying adventures, the only reason we are able to buy a house is BECAUSE Ryan’s mom is co-signing and is GIFTING us the down-payment. Ryan and Me do not want any one especially millennials think it is doable and easy to buy a house in this environment. It is not. I wish others would be transparent about buying a home if they had help it would be very helpful for them to disclose it.

Without Ryan’s mom’s help we would be getting an apartment NOT  a house. So we wait to see what gets listed. We have put two offers on two other homes but both got outbid from us. It is a buyers market right now but on the same token not enough homes are available right now.  Hopefully that more homes become listed in the coming months. Ryan and Me are just wanting a small little bungalow, hoping for a older home and especially in our price range. Ryan’s uncle will be living with us as he is not able to get his own apartment with his income plus he needs somebody to look after him.
